OFFICE MOVES / UPGRADES / CONSTRUCTION
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
FOR EACH COMPLETED WELL, PREPARE AN ‘AUDIT WORKSHEET.’ THIS WORKSHEET IS THE FIRST STEP IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF AREAS THAT NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED (CHARGES CODED INCORRECTLY) OR THE NEED FOR SUPPLEMENTS (ACTUALS HIGHER THAN FIELD ESTIMATES OR AFES)
COORDINATES WITH THE INTEGRATED TRAVEL CENTRE [ITC] TO ARRANGE ALL DW [DEEP WATER] PERSONNEL TRAVEL LOGISTICS FOR TRAVEL TO/FROM MID-AFRICA AND WITHIN NIGERIA / MID-AFRICA (CONFIRMING LOCAL AND AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION WITH THE DW TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR) FOR DW PERSONNEL, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, AND PARTNERS AS REQUIRED.
THIS COORDINATION INCLUDES -: ARRANGING & CONFIRMING WITH ITC INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUESTS (AIR TICKET, AIRPORT TRANSFERS, BOARDING PASSES, ETC.), COORDINATING VISA REQUESTS ORIGINATING IN NIGERIA / MID-AFRICA, AND ARRANGING & CONFIRM WITH ITC ADEQUATE LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS FOR TEMPORARY DW PERSONNEL AND VISITORS.
PROVIDES SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR DW TRAVEL LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS IN-COUNTRY, PROVIDES WEEKLY TRAVEL SUMMARY TO ITC AND IMPACTED DW MANAGERS, WHO IS TRAVELING, PURPOSE OF VISIT, ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE DATES, PLANNED ACCOMMODATIONS (MGMT GUEST HOUSE, GUEST HOUSE, STATOIL, ETC).
PLANNED WORK LOCATION (LEKKI OR STATOIL), OBTAINS APPROVAL FOR FCPA FOR NNPC, NAPIMS, DPR AND INDIGENOUS PARTNERS IN COORDINATING THEIR TRAVEL, LODGING AND ‘ESTACODES’. PREPARES AND PROCESSES CVX MANAGEMENT APPROVAL DOCUMENTATION IN CONNECTION WITH DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.
ADMINISTER AND STRIVE TO IMPROVE THE TRAVEL & VISA DOCUMENTATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS. LIAISES WITH HR, SCM, PROJECT TEAMS, AND EXPATRIATES TO ASSIST IN RELOCATIONS TO / FROM NIGERIA / MID-AFRICA.
THIS INCLUDES ENSURING THAT ALL NECESSARY PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, AND ARRANGEMENTS ARE IN-PLACE WITH THE RELEVANT HR, SCM OR OTHER NMA &/OR CORPORATE GROUPS.
CONDUCT STOP TRAINING & ORIENTATION CLASSPERSONNEL. MAINTAIN IN CURRENT STATUS YOUR OWN CERTIFICATION AS RSIP AUDITOR_BE THE SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL DW PERSONNEL INVOLVED IN ORIGINAL OR REVISED OFFICE/CUBICLE ASSIGNMENTS AND ENSURE THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT – WCC AND IT ARE ADVISED OF ALL SCHEDULE, OTHER MOVEMENT REQUIREMENT OR OTHER FM NEEDSCONDUCT RSIP WORKSTATION AUDITS AND PROVIDE PROFILE FEEDBACK TO DW
