Macmahon is a leading mining contracting and civil construction company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Macmahon is now recruiting for a limestone quarrying project at Ewekoro in Ogun State.

Storemen

This position is responsible for maintaining a large store, requisition of parts, stock taking, receipting of goods, record keeping and generating reports.

- The applicant must have a relevant school leaving certificate with at least five years work experience in a similar role.
- To be successful the applicant must be competent in the use of Microsoft word and excel.
- A valid driving license is essential. OND/HND or craftsman certificate would be an advantage.

Planner
This position is responsible for the planning of daily, weekly and monthly activities. It is also responsible for scheduling the servicing of plant and equipment, and inputting data on maintenance systems.

- Applicants must possess a school leaving certificate with at least five years work experience in a similar role.
- Being computer literate is essential.
- OND or HND in engineering, social science or its equivalent would be an advantage.

Operators
We have several positions for experienced Dump Truck Operators, All-Rounders & Excavator Operators:
• Dump Truck Operators: CAT 740, 769 or equivalent sized dump trucks
• All-Rounders: CAT Dozers, Graders & Loaders plus dump trucks
• Excavator Operator: CAT 365,385, LIEBHERR 974 excavator or equivalent sized

Candidates who can demonstrate commitment to maintaining a safe and productive working environment will be highly regarded. The applicants must have a school leaving certificate, at least 3 to 5 years experience and ability to read and write in English. Must be ready to work shifts.

Remuneration: All positions will be paid at competitive levels, consistent with what is obtainable in the Nigerian mining and construction industry.
