ACCOUNTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Maintain the petty cash system and cash book
•   Inventory management
•   Prepare monthly financial statement
•   Reconcile weekly deposit s cash and cheque
•   Reconcile accounts payable and account receivables
•   Create cash flow for the management to meet monthly needs
•   Maintain financial files and records
•   Uses various software applications
•   Manage the front office and support the office manager

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
•   BSC/HND in Accounting
•   Professional Qualification: ICAN PE1 would be an added advantage
•   Relevant work experience (3 – 5 years) in a manufacturing organization
•   Good report writing and presentation skills
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Adequate knowledge of accounting software (Sage)
•   Must have extensive knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel and word
