A reputable construction company base in Abuja is looking for agile, honest and technically sound persons for immediate employment to fill the following vacant position:
1. CIVIL ENGINEERS
Qualification: B.Sc/B.ENG/HND in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
Experience: Minimum of 5years field experience in structural designs, detailing and general construction.
2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
Qualification: B.Sc/B.ENG/HND in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
Experience: Minimum of 5years field experience
The Person: Bias for estate design, low tension and high tension works
3. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Qualification: B.Sc/B>ENG/HND in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
Experience: Minimum of 5years field experience
The Person: Bias for water supply, waste disposal, sewage, drainage works and plumbing works.
4. REAL ESTATE
HEAD, ESTATE GROUP
Qualification: B.Sc or HND in Estate Management
Experience: Hand experience in property management and marketing essential
Full knowledge of property business in Abuja and its environs will be an added advantage
The Person: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
Good personal and organizational management will be a plus.
5. ARCHITECH
Qualification: B.Arch; M.Arc
Experience: 5years working experience
The Person: Knowledge in Estate Planning, Design and Layout
Registration as an architect, having a seal
AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
