Job Description
The Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop graduates through specially designed functional programs in the hope that they become part of the future senior management talent pool.
Successful graduates from this program will be inducted into the Group to take up specific role in:
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Information Systems
- Research & Development
- Human Resources
Qualifications/Experience
- A minimum of HND (distinction) or B.Sc degree (second upper class) in one of the following Fields:
- Business & Commercial Sciences
- Pure Sciences: Pharmacy, Biological, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc.
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Production
- Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age
- Should have between 0-2 years work experience
- Interested in having a career in the FMCG sector
