Travel Agency is Recruiting Ticketing and Reservation Officers, Sales and Marketing Officers

A Travel Agency with office in Lekki is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the following positions in its Office.

TICKETING AND RESERVATION OFFICERS
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidates are expected to process the necessary skill and experience in reservation and issuance of tickets in a manner that will ensure service efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

SALES/MARKETING OFFICERS
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales/Marketing Officers are expected to market the services of the agency to boost market share and ensure continued growth of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
For position 1 and 2, candidates are expected to possess a first degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other management science and the Humanities. In addition, candidates for 1 must possess a certificate in Ticketing and Reservation and at least five years cognate experience in a similar position from a reputable travel agency.

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for interactions with all stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and public relations
Strong personality with focus on achievement of business targets
Sound IT knowledge.
Must be creative, innovative and result driven
Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age
