POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER Ref: PRM/2011/09
An experienced Production manager with leadership abilities, strong communication skills, vast technical knowledge, and proven budget management skills.
Position Summary
The Production Manger shall be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the production process from raw materials to finished product and embed appropriate quality control measures consistent with established international standards.
Other duties will include developing and analyzing production and statistical data plans to meet the overall company’s objectives, monitoring, controlling and coordinating the team to achieve the rated output of equipment, and ensuring efficient, economic and safe operation of equipment towards achieving target volume of production and market requirements:
- At least 10 years post-NYSC experience in production operation in a well structured manufacturing industry.
- HND, BSc Degree in Business Management/Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or any related course.
- Membership of a Professional body is an added advantage.
- High energy level, attention to detail and team building skills.
- Strong business focus, sound judgment, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are also essential.

POSITION: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Ref: FAA/2011/09
A driven, responsible, reliable individual with leadership skills to serve as a Finance and Administration Manager.
Position Summary
The position will be responsible for timely financial and management accounting as well as reporting and performance monitoring for the company. He/She shall regulate compliance with respect to accounting standards, financial controls, and governance and create a continuous process improvement to identify innovative ways to lower production costs.
Essential requirements for the role:
- At least 12 years post NYSC experience, 5 of which must be at management position.
- BSc/HND in a numerate discipline.
- Membership of a Professional Accounting body such as ICAN, ACCA, ICAEW or its equivalent is a must for this role.
- Prior experience developing budgets.
- Knowledge of computerized cost control and accounting systems.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of negotiation and administration of contracts and legal documents.
- Experience formulating objectives, standards, and procedures.

POSITION: MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL/ASSURANCE Ref: QCQA/2011/09
An energetic, hardworking and smart individual to serve as a Manager Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
Position Summary
This Manager Quality Control/Quality Assurance shall be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and co-coordinating all quality control programs designed to ensure safety and consistency of the production process in line with established and international best practices. The successful candidate shall perform necessary examination and analyses of raw materials, work-in-process and finished product in line with laid down procedures.
Other duties will include formulating and maintaining quality control objectives and coordinating production processes in tandem with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Essential requirements for the role:
- At least 8 years relevant experience, 3 of which must have been at supervisory level.
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology or similar fields.
- Membership of a professional body is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to supervise personnel and excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
- Effective communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience of team and conflict management.
