This is to inform those that apply for the 2009 Addax JDZ Block 4 Scholarship Scheme for Post-graduate Degree Program which their applicants where successful are invited for screening exercise schedule as fellows:

Successful candidates are required to come with the originals and photocopies of the following documentation for the exercise:
(a) Transcripts, Certificates and Evidence of successful completion of first degree,
(b) Valid Post-graduate admission letter and duly signed course registration form,
(c) Student ID card clearly showing Matriculation Number,
(d) Duly signed Letter of Reference from Head of Department (HOD),
(e) Birth Certificate or Age Declaration,
(f) National ID card or Driver’s License, or International Passport,
(g) Bank account details at either Zenith Bank or Union Bank,
(h) Evidence of change of name (if applicable)
(i) NYSC Certificate of completion or exemption
