Position: Human Resource manager
The Person: The successful candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, assertive, target driven with good people management and development skills.
Job Description: Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization, to maximize the strategic use of human resource and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, industrial relation and regulatory compliance.
Qualification: Such candidate must possess a University Degree (Minimum 2nd Class Lower)
Must be a member of Chartered Institution of Personnel Management (CIPM)
Experiences: Minimum of 7years experience with at least 2years in management level.
